Harvest time of the Kolokassi crop in Eastern Cyprus.

The harvest of kolokassi, or Taro (Colocasia esculenta) in the Sotira area of Cyprus is progressing steadily.

Kolokassi is a (sub) tropical plant produced for its tubers (or corms) which are a healthy and delicious staple food.

The farmers use Hortigrow fertilisers (mainly 30-20-10) and are satisfied about the nutrition these fertilisers provide to get the desired harvest.
